Email your enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact forms in this site. Please include your phone number and delivery address.
If possible, please email your artwork as a vector PDF with all fonts outlined. Please include any Pantone references that you need for your logo or brand.
After finding out the requirements for your baubles including quantity, size, colour and artwork. We will then revert back with a quote for your approval.
Once you have received your quote and you are happy to proceed we will move to creating a virtual visual for your approval. This will show a virtual version of your bauble in your selected colour with your artwork in the branding position along with any optional extras you may have asked for, i.e. glitter, ribbons or snow.
When we receive your approval of the virtual visual and you want to proceed with the order we will then require the following information so we can add your details on to our system.
1. Your full invoice address
2. Your full delivery address, (if different from invoicing address)
3. Tel/Mobile numbers, email addresses, and all relevant contact details etc…
Once we have received all the relevant information from yourself we will then email a pro-forma invoice which can be paid in full via BACS Transfer. Once we have received full payment we will then proceed with mass production of your custom baubles.
